Dr. Dorian Dorsey

Dr. Dorsey is an Instructional Specialist with TTS.  Prior to joining the TTS Team, she was a charter school Executive Director.  She has worked as an educational consultant, principal, assistant principal, curriculum director, staff development specialist, reading specialist and teacher in New York and New Jersey.  She has a doctorate from Seton Hall University, and master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the City University of New York.  She is also an adjunct professor in the Education, Management and Leadership program at Seton Hall University.

Among Dr. Dorsey’s favorite topics to teach are cooperative learning, grouping for instruction, NJ ASK, GEPA and HSPA testing strategies, classroom management skills, learning styles, strategic planning and data-driven instruction.
